Tariffs include central heating and electricity, bed linen but not towels.
There is no winter charge or booking fee.

WIFI Internet and Mobile phone coverage
WIFI Internet is Free of Charge
Mobile coverage is good.

Towels
Bathroom towels can be provided at a charge of £5 per set (bath and hand)

Recycling deposit
A recycling deposit of £20 is required within the £100 pre-authorisation request and covers the cost of separating recycling from household waste or removing recycling to the Recycling room where bins are provided for cardboard & paper, plastic & tins and glass. Changes to council collection methods means that household waste must be reduced to a minimum with all recyclable materials removed. No claim against the pre-authorisation is made as long as no recyclable materials have been placed in household waste bags. The £20 charge is claimed against the pre-authorisation if we need to separate recycling from household waste after departure or move it to the Recycling Room.

Security deposit
A security deposit of £80 is required within the £100 pre-authorisation request and covers the cost of any damage or breakages in or to the accommodation, along with any additional costs that may result which are caused by you or any member of your party. No claim against the pre-authorisation is made as long as you or your party has not caused any damage or loss, the cottage has been left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. All crockery, cutlery, pans, etc must be washed and put away. Any cost for damage, breakage, extra cleaning or washing up will be claimed against the pre-authorisation up to the full charge of £100.

The £100 Recycling and Security Deposit is a pre-authorisation request only and no charge if made to your card unless there is a problem.

Booking periods
TarporleyNo7 is let on a short breaks of up to 7 nights. We may be able to offer short breaks during high seasons. Please refer to the reservations page for details.
6 night breaks are usually from Saturday to Friday but other start days may be available
3 to 5 day short breaks may be available

Occupancy

Except with the prior written consent of us, the occupancy should not exceed the number stated on the booking form. We reserve the right to terminate the letting forthwith in the event of breach of this condition.
The home may not be used as a venue for an event (party, family gathering) if the number attending exceed the maximum capacity (bed spaces) for the cottage.
Couple only occupancy may be available as a reduced cost in which case only one bedroom and one bathroom is made read and no other guests are permitted.

Non-Smoking Policy

To comply with UK law, smoking is not allowed in any cottages or buildings.

Booking Terms
An agreement incorporating these terms and conditions is formed when you make a booking by telephone, post or email. Full address details and a contact number must be provided at the time of booking.

Payment
A booking deposit of 50% is payable within 48 hours of making a booking else the booking will be cancelled.
The balance of the cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks before you arrive.
The recylcing and security deposit of £100 per cottage is required to be paid at the time of the balance payment.
We will not send you confirmation that your payments have been received unless you request this specifically.
If payments are not received when due we reserve the right to re-let your week without informing you.

Cancellation and insurance
Once you have made a booking, you have entered into a legal contract, even if you have not paid a deposit.
The deposit is non-returnable
If you cannot take your booking for whatever reason you should inform us immediately.
If you cannot take your booking we will try to re-let the home but if the home cannot be re-let you will be liable to pay the full cost of your booking, even if you cancel before paying the balance.
If we succeed in re-letting the cottage, which may be for a lower value than your booking, we will refund the balance paid up to the value of the re-let price minus a £30 administration fee
Since you might be liable for the full cost of your booking if you cancel, we strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance for your holiday.
 
Complaints
Should you find any faults or problems with the cottage or have any complaints during your stay please advise us of these immediately (rather than at the end of your stay) so that any appropriate action can be taken.

Unavailability of home or cancellation of holiday
We will cancel your holiday if the home is unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control or (because this is a family-run business) in extenuating family circumstances.
We will attempt to offer you alternative accommodation either with ourselves or other accommodation providers in the area. If this is either not possible or is unacceptable to you then we will refund to you all monies paid for your booking. Our liability to you will not extend beyond this refund.
We reserve the right to cancel your holiday at any time if we discover that you have not disclosed information which materially affects the holiday. This includes increasing the number of people staying in the home during the day or overnight or bringing pets which we had not explicitly agreed to accept at the time of booking.

Website

We make every effort to ensure that the information and home descriptions contained on our are accurate but we reserve the right to make changes and we accept no liability for minor inaccuracies.

Liability
Our liability for damage, loss or injury including loss or damage to vehicles and their contents and to the personal possessions you bring with you is excluded as far as permitted by law.
All play equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times and is used at own risk. The proprietors accept no responsibility or liability for any injury or loss resulting from the use of the play equipment.
All guest pets remain the responsibility of their owners at all times. Liability is not assumed in any way whatsoever by the proprietors for pets belonging to guests.

Your stay

We reserve a right of access to the property at any time during your booking.
For insurance reasons bookings are not interchangeable. For the same reason the property should not be sub let nor should the number of persons in occupation exceed the sleeping accommodation provided.
