Essential information for your stay |
Arrival
Your home will be ready for you from 3 pm on the day of your arrival unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6pm.
Parking
We have allocated space for 3 vehicles on the drive. Please do not park additional vehicles on the road in front.
Key arrangements
One key to the front door of each cottage is provided on arrival.
Please collect the key from the key safe the location and code for which will be sent to you with your booking confirmation.
Departure
Please vacate the home by 10am on the morning of your departure. Late departure may be possible by prior arrangement.
The gap between departure and arrival times enables us to thoroughly clean the cottage however we do expect our cottages to be left in a clean and tidy condition (ie plates / cutlery clean and put away, fridge emptied, worktops wiped down, rubbish and recycling bagged and put out.
Damage and breakages
You are responsible for paying to remedy any breakages or damage you cause to the cottage and its contents. Please report these as soon as possible and before you leave. Any cost for damage, breakage or cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit prior to its return. For any cost in excess of the value of the security deposit we send you an invoice which will include an administration charge.
Occasional damage and breakage is unavoidable and for this reason we do not normally charge for minor breakages (e.g. glassware, crockery) provided these are reported before you leave (there is no need to report minor breakages immediately). If possible please replace breakages with similar items.
