For Pets

Pets are welcome to stay at the house subject to the following.

In order to keep the cottages in the excellent condition you would expect to find we do need to ensure the following:

• Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement at the time of booking

• Dogs must be over 1 year old and neutered to stay inside the cottages

• A maximum of 1 large or 2 small dogs are allowed per cottage depending on breed.

• Dogs must have been wormed and treated for fleas within 4 weeks of arrival and be up to date with vaccinations, Flea products must be of veterinarian quality, some supermarket treatments are not acceptable. Proof of this (eg certificates, dated receipts) may be requested on arrival.

• You are liable for all damage caused by dogs

• You must remove all traces of pet occupation before departure, inside and out

• We reserve the right to levy a charge for any extra cleaning or repair required

• Dogs are not allowed upstairs, on beds or chairs/sofas.

• You must bring your dogs own bed/blankets and feed bowls

• Please bring some old towels to clean and dry dogs after walks. Our towels must not be used for this purpose.

• Dogs must not be left alone in the property at any time

• If dogs are found to have been left alone they will be removed to the kennels

• Dogs must not make a disturbance in cottages or kennels

• A charge of £15/dog is applicable

• Cats are not permitted to stay in our cottages
